CAB Address
CAB Address is the process of assigning cab/throttle addresses to each NCE cab/throttle. NCE DCC requires that the user assign a train address to each cab/throttle (cab addresses are separate from engine or other types of DCC address). The NCE command station then associates the cabs/throttles with their assigned train address. This allows the NCE command station to communicate with many cabs at the same time whether they are radio or non-radio.
REDSTONE ARSENAL, Ala. -- The Program Executive Office Aviation Combat Aviation Brigade Architecture Integration Lab, or CABAIL, recently conducted its first Technology Insertion Event. The event was designed to facilitate accelerated systems integration of maturing technologies and products from selected industry vendors into a simulated aviation force for concept exploration and measurement of their relative operational value.
The CABAIL, located at Fort Bliss, is a CAB 주소 high-fidelity aircraft Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) with actual mission command systems; AH-64E, UH-60L and CH-47F airframes, MQ-1C and RQ-7B Ground Control Station simulators; and a fully functional CAB Tactical Operations Center to simulate the real-world CAB tactical operations environment. Additionally, the CABAIL has a Networks Integration Lab and a hub, developed by RTC known as Battle Master, that enables connectivity among the CABAIL entities and collects the system's performance data.
